Bryce was the League's longest serving member. He joined in the September of 1969, and was awarded a long service certificate for 50 years membership in 2019.
Bryce had suffered with skin cancer for a number of years, but was responding to treatment. Although a children’s entertainer in his early years, he wasn't really known as a public performer later on, but he was an avid magic enthusiast, skilled with coins and cards and always ready to share any new tricks.
Bryce was never happier than in the company of other magicians, and was a regular attendee at British Ring conventions and meetings of the Cavendish Knights. He will be sorely missed by all of us at the MML.
